“Go Out” is a service innovation based on communities. It will generate a travel plan according to the users' location and filter and sell the package of consumptions which will occur in the travelling. It is an online-to-offline business, aiming at China market. Throughout the project, we team applied the business model tools and developed a prototype with several rounds of iteration in 4 weeks.
